Terms and Conditions for Gout Relief Formula

1. Introduction
Welcome to the Gout Relief Formula program (the “Program”), operated by Ian Jackson and INJBM Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our”). By enrolling in or using the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not enroll in or use the Program.

2. Program Description
I understand that the Gout Relief Formula Program is designed to help participants remove and address factors that exacerbate gout, such as excess weight, sleep apnea, and poor dietary choices. By focusing on improving overall health and reducing these aggravating factors, the Program provides participants with the best possible chance of managing gout symptoms and improving their quality of life.
I agree and understand that this Program does not guarantee that I will no longer experience gout. I also acknowledge that individual results may vary based on personal health conditions, adherence to the Program, and other factors.

3. Medical Disclaimer
I understand that the Gout Relief Formula is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Instead, it is designed to supplement traditional therapies and support overall health improvement.
I agree that participation in the Program is at my own risk. I further agree to consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to my diet, exercise, or health routine.

4. Results Disclaimer
I understand and agree that while the Program is designed to improve overall health and address factors contributing to gout, it does not guarantee results. I also acknowledge that success in the Program depends on various factors, including my commitment, pre-existing health conditions, and lifestyle.

5. Eligibility
To participate in the Program, I confirm and agree that:
I am at least 18 years old.
I do not have any medical condition that could be adversely affected by the Program without prior medical approval.

6. Refund Policy
I understand and agree to the following refund policy:
Refunds are available within [X days] of purchase if I am dissatisfied with the Program and can demonstrate reasonable adherence to its principles.
After [X days], no refunds will be issued.
To request a refund, I must contact [email protected] with proof of purchase and adherence.

7. Intellectual Property
I acknowledge that all materials provided in the Program, including videos, scripts, guides, and templates, are owned by Ian Jackson and are protected by copyright laws.
I understand and agree that:
I am granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal use only.
I will not reproduce, distribute, or resell any Program materials without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
I understand and agree that:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ian Jackson and INJBM Ltd are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from my participation in the Program, including but not limited to health complications or a failure to reduce gout symptoms.
Liability is limited to the total fees I paid for the Program.

9. Indemnity
I agree to indemnify and hold Ian Jackson and INJBM Ltd harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
My misuse of the Program.
My failure to consult a healthcare professional.
Any negative outcomes, including health complications or injuries, resulting from my participation in the Program.
I further agree that Ian Jackson and INJBM Ltd are not responsible for any negative outcomes, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, arising from my use of the Program or its materials.

10. Lifetime Access
I understand and agree that “Lifetime Access” refers solely to the training materials and community provided at the conclusion of the 12-week Program. It does not include ongoing direct coaching with the Gout Relief Formula (GRF) team.
I further understand that “Lifetime” is defined as either the timeframe during which the Program continues to exist or when I no longer require access to the materials and community, whichever occurs first.
I also understand and agree that failure to abide by community guidelines may result in removal from lifetime access to the community.

11. Removal from the Program
I understand and agree that Ian Jackson and INJBM Ltd reserve the right to remove me from the Program at their discretion. In such cases, any remaining fees may be refunded at their sole discretion.
I also understand that if I become problematic after completing the 12-week Program, Ian Jackson and INJBM Ltd reserve the right to cease all dealings with me.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
I understand and agree that these Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

13. Privacy Policy
I understand that my personal information will be collected, used, and stored in accordance with the [Privacy Policy]. By enrolling in the Program, I consent to this use.

14. Changes to Terms
I understand and agree that Ian Jackson and [Business Name] reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Acknowledgment
By enrolling in the Program, I acknowledge that:
I understand the Gout Relief Formula is not a cure and that I have not purchased a cure.
I have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

I understand the purpose and limitations of the Program and my responsibilities within it.
