The Program aims to help individuals understand common dietary and lifestyle factors associated with gout flare-ups and make informed decisions to support their overall well-being.
I acknowledge that this Program is not a medical treatment and does not guarantee any particular health outcome, including but not limited to the reduction or elimination of gout symptoms.

3. Medical & General Disclaimer
The Gout Relief Formula is an educational program designed to provide general information on lifestyle and dietary factors that may influence gout. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Participation in this Program does not create a doctor-patient or dietitian-client relationship between participants and INJBM Ltd.
The information provided is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical guidance. Please consult your doctor or a qualified healthcare provider before making any changes to your diet, exercise, or lifestyle, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition.
Results will vary, and no specific outcomes, including remission, symptom reduction, or flare elimination, are guaranteed.

4. Results Disclaimer
I understand and agree that while the Program provides guidance on lifestyle choices that may influence gout, it does not guarantee any specific results, including remission or symptom reduction. Success in the Program depends on various factors, including individual health conditions, adherence to recommendations, and other lifestyle factors beyond the scope of the Program.

5. Eligibility
To participate in the Program, I confirm and agree that:
I am at least 18 years old.
I do not have any medical condition that could be adversely affected by the Program without prior medical approval.

6. Refund Policy & & The “Flare-Free or Free” Guarantee
INJBM Ltd offers a conditional guarantee to ensure participants fully commit to the Gout Relief Formula while preventing refund abuse.

6.1. The “Flare-Free or Free” Guarantee We are confident in the effectiveness of the Gout Relief Formula. If you follow the program as instructed and do not experience a reduction in gout flares by the end of the program, we will:
Refund every penny of your purchase price.
Personally coach you for free until you achieve complete remission.

6.2. Conditions for Refund Eligibility To qualify for this guarantee, you must demonstrate that you have fully implemented the program by meeting the following conditions:
Complete all modules of the program.
Track and submit proof of your adherence to the key action steps, including:
Daily hydration as per the guidelines.
Dietary adherence based on program recommendations.
Regular physical activity and movement as outlined.
Engage with the program materials by attending/coaching calls (if applicable) and using the provided tools.
Submit a request within 7 days of program completion with supporting documentation of the above actions.

6.3. Refund Request Process To initiate a refund request, email [email protected] with:

Your completed progress tracker demonstrating program adherence.
A brief explanation of why the program did not work for you.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

6.4. Refund Denial Refund requests will be denied if:
You did not follow the program or provide proof of adherence.
The request is made outside the specified timeframe.
There is evidence of misuse, fraudulent intent, or unreasonable expectations (e.g., expecting instant results without implementing lifestyle changes).

7. Intellectual Property
I acknowledge that all materials provided in the Program, including videos, scripts, guides, and templates, are owned by INJBM Ltd and are protected by copyright laws.
I understand and agree that:
I am granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal use only.
I will not reproduce, distribute, or resell any Program materials without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
I understand and agree that:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, INJBM Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from my participation in the Program, including but not limited to health complications or failure to reduce gout symptoms.
Liability is limited to the total fees I paid for the Program.
Participants assume full responsibility for their own health decisions and actions. INJBM Ltd makes no express or implied warranties regarding the effectiveness of the Program.

9. Indemnity
I agree to indemnify and hold INJBM Ltd harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
My misuse of the Program.
My failure to consult a healthcare professional before making health changes.
Any negative outcomes, including health complications or injuries, resulting from my participation in the Program.
By participating in this Program, I waive any right to claim damages, losses, or liabilities arising from my participation, including but not limited to personal injury, health complications, or dissatisfaction with the Program’s results.

10. Lifetime Access
I understand and agree that “Lifetime Access” refers solely to the training materials and community provided at the conclusion of the 12-week Program. It does not include ongoing direct coaching with the Gout Relief Formula (GRF) team.
I further understand that:
“Lifetime” is defined as the timeframe during which the Program continues to exist.
INJBM Ltd reserves the right to modify or discontinue aspects of the Program at its discretion.
Failure to follow community guidelines may result in removal from lifetime access to the community without refund.

11. Removal from the Program
I understand and agree that INJBM Ltd reserves the right to remove me from the Program at their discretion. In such cases, any remaining fees may be refunded at their sole discretion.
I also understand that if I become problematic after completing the 12-week Program, INJBM Ltd reserves the right to cease all dealings with me.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
I understand and agree that these Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

13. Privacy Policy
I understand that my personal information will be collected, used, and stored in accordance with the Privacy Policy. By enrolling in the Program, I consent to this use.

14. Changes to Terms
I understand and agree that INJBM Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting. Participants will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice within the Program platform. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Acknowledgment
By enrolling in this Program, I acknowledge that:
I understand the Gout Relief Formula is an educational program and not a medical treatment.
I do not expect a cure or guaranteed results.
I have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
I understand the purpose and limitations of the Program and my responsibilities within it.
